Leading Real Estate company is looking for a Property Coordinator to join their corporate Irvine office. We're looking for a motivated Property Coordinator to support our commercial retail, real estate portfolio and help deliver exceptional service to our tenants and Executives. CA Real Estate License is a plus.
Duties
* Answer phones and assist tenants, vendors, and visitors with general inquiries
* Respond to tenant requests and coordinate follow-up through completion
* Enter and track work orders through the work order system- AVID
* Coordinate service requests with building engineers and outside vendors
* Track and maintain tenant and vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
* Assist with tenant correspondence, notices, and property memorandums
* Maintain organized tenant, vendor, and property files
* Process and track tenant move-ins and move-outs paperwork
* Support day-to-day operations for multiple commercial properties
* Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and ops team
* Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
Experience
* Experience in real estate administrative roles or property management environments.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Friendly with excellent customer service skills
* Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
* A strong communicator, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* AVID or MRI
* This is a full time in office role paying $31.00-$33.00 an hour
